目的了解上海市松江区社区卫生服务中心门/急诊伤害发生状况。方法以上海市松江区14家社区卫生服务中心作为伤害监测哨点医院,对2007年7月1日至2008年6月30日首次就诊于哨点医院的伤害病例进行调查。结果共调查伤害病例11 162例。其中男、女性别比为2.44∶1,伤害高发年龄组为25～44岁(40.92%);夏季发生的伤害人数最多(30.11%),6月伤害病例占全年的10.82%;非故意伤害占伤害总人数的96.72%,以轻度伤害最多(96.28%)。前4位伤害发生原因为物体/器具的机械性作用、跌倒/坠落、非机动车交通事故和机动车交通事故。结论中青年是伤害威胁的重点人群,物体/器具的机械性作用、跌倒/坠落、交通事故为优先防治的伤害种类。
Objective To understand the incidence of door / emergency injury in community health service center in Songjiang District, Shanghai. Methods A total of 14 community health service centers in Songjiang District of Shanghai were selected as the sentinel hospitals for injury monitoring. The first case of injury in sentinel hospitals was investigated from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Results A total of 11 162 cases of injuries were investigated. Among them, the ratio of male to female was 2.44:1, the age group with high injury was 25-44 years old (40.92%), the largest number of injuries occurred in summer (30.11%), and the cases of June injuries were 10.82% Accounting for 96.72% of the total number of injuries, with the least damage (96.28%). The first four injuries occurred because of the mechanical effects of objects / equipment, falls / falls, non-motor vehicle accidents and motor vehicle accidents. Conclusion The young and middle-aged are the main groups of people who are threatened with injuries, the mechanical effects of objects / apparatus, falls and falls, and traffic accidents are the priority types of injuries.
