目的使用功能性磁共振(fMRI)技术研究模拟失重状态对脑认知功能的影响。方法对8名青年航天训练志愿者进行卧床3周的模拟失重试验。试验前后使用fMRI对其进行脑认知功能测试。结果卧床前在完成执行功能任务时,所有受试者双侧额叶、扣带回和丘脑均出现显著激活,激活信号强度和范围与任务难度相关。卧床后完成相同任务时,激活脑区的范围减少,信号强度下降。卧床前后行为学数据变化无显著性差异。结论失重状态对兴奋脑区的血流动力学反应能力具有明确的负性影响,可能因而影响人脑的认知功能。
Objective To study the effect of simulated weightlessness on cognitive function in brain using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Methods Eight young spaceflight volunteers were enrolled in the simulated weight loss test for 3 weeks in bed. Before and after the test using fMRI brain cognitive function test. Results All patients had significant activation of bilateral frontal lobe, cingulate gyrus and thalamus at the completion of the functional task in bedside. The activation signal intensity and range were related to the task difficulty. When the same task is completed after bed rest, the range of activated brain regions decreases and the signal intensity decreases. There was no significant difference in behavior data before and after bed rest. CONCLUSIONS: The state of weightlessness has a clear negative effect on the hemodynamic response of brain regions that are excited, which may thus affect the cognitive function of the human brain.
