严重急性呼吸综合征(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome,简称SARS)。于2003年年初,在我国部分地区集中暴发流行和快速扩散。这次危机事件暴露了我国应对大规模公共卫生危机事件,缺少足够的经验,缺少专业的危机预警和处理机制,医务人员感染占了一定的比例,国内有的大型综合医院因院内交叉感染严重而被迫整个关闭和隔离,医院成了SARS暴发流行的重要传染源之一。这些问题值得专家和管理者的深思。
