文章从委托代理理论和交易成本经济学理论的角度提出了项目的所有者与项目的经营者在沟通方面存在的信息失衡,分析了其失衡的原因以及该方面对合同选择的影响。结果表明,在选择合同类型时,沟通与合作是非常重要的,同时,项目的所有者与经营者之间沟通也是解决项目问题的一个重要因素之一,应被有效地运用于项目的风险管理以及企业的发展中。
From the perspective of principal-agent theory and transaction cost economics, the paper proposes the information unbalance between the owner of the project and the manager of the project, and analyzes the causes of the imbalance and the influence of the aspect on the contract choice. The results show that communication and cooperation are very important in the selection of contract types.
