送变电行业是电力基本建设中特殊行业,人员分散施工、常年流动于野外。山东送变电工程公司(以下简称“公司”)积极探索新的职工教育培训方式、方法,利用直流660千伏宁东线路建设的时机,在施工项目建设实训基地,于一线开展密切联系实际工程、针对施工需要的专业的教育培训工作,深化的操作技能培训,围绕公司中心工作,服务公司重点工程施工,提高自身工作质量,为公司长远发展培养人才。
