种子超干不但具有低温贮藏的效应,极大地延长种子寿命,而且又可降低保管费用,应用前景广阔。但是超干燥后的种子在常温贮藏过程中发生吸水情况,从而影响种子安全贮藏,本试验通过对超干燥玉米种子进行包膜处理;用石蜡和聚苯乙烯两种方法对超干燥玉米种子进行不同浓度组合的包膜处理,测定平衡水分并分析其吸水性,为玉米种子的安全贮藏提供依据。结果表明:石蜡包膜处理具有较强的密封性,可以防止超干燥玉米种子的吸水,种子的耐藏性大幅度提高,是超干燥玉米种子在常温下保存的最佳方法。

The results showed that paraffin wax coating has strong sealing property, which can prevent water absorption of ultra-dried corn seeds and greatly improve seed storage resistance. It is the best method to preserve ultra-dried corn seeds at room temperature.
