我在多年农村美术教学中感受颇深,多数学生不是热爱美术,而是处于一种无奈的选择,他们学习成绩不好,按正常很难考上大学。选择美术对他们来说意味着有机会走进大学改变人生,是很现实可行的途径。所以可想而知辅导的过程是艰难而曲折的,面对这些文化课很差、行为习惯不好、不太受老师、同学欢迎又渴望有一线希望上大学的孩子,我是又爱又恨又同情,教育他们我费尽了心思。我认为无论结果怎样,我都要试图培养这群孩子良好的心态, I feel deeply in many years of rural art teaching.
