高速发展的互联网以及现代传媒方式使旅游业的发展方式、运作手段、交易形式发生了重大转变,B2C作为企业直接面对客户的一种电子商务模式,适用于信息密集的旅游业,互联网电子交易方式会简化旅游程序,提高了游客出行效率。在互联网发展大潮流下,黑龙江应积极探索出将互联网与本省旅游相结合的发展新思路,本文统计了2007—2016近10年中国网民人数、黑龙江网民人数,结果显示网民数量程稳步增长态势,通过互联网订票、住宿产品、进行休闲娱乐消费的网民规模在不断扩大,由此可见,黑龙江省旅游行业将互联网与旅游产品结合势在必行。本文阐述了B2C模式助推旅游业发展的特征以及B2C模式在旅游企业运作中的作用,针对省内旅游企业如何发展乡村旅游提出建议,旨在将B2C电子商务与省内乡村旅游紧密结合,实现省内乡村旅游产品开发转型升级发展。
The rapid development of the Internet and modern media has led to a major shift in the way of development, operation and trading of tourism. As an e-commerce model directly facing customers, B2C is applicable to information-intensive tourism, Internet electronic transactions Way will simplify the travel process and improve the travel efficiency of tourists. In the tide of Internet development, Heilongjiang should actively explore new ways of combining the Internet and tourism in the province. This paper calculates the number of Chinese netizens and the number of Internet users in Heilongjiang Province during 2007-2016. The results show that the number of netizens has been increasing steadily, Through the Internet booking, accommodation products, the scale of Internet users for leisure and entertainment spending continues to grow, we can see that the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province, the Internet and tourism products combined imperative. This paper elaborates the characteristics of B2C mode to promote the development of tourism industry and the role of B2C mode in the operation of tourism enterprises. It proposes some suggestions on how tourism enterprises in the province can develop rural tourism in order to integrate B2C e-commerce with rural tourism in the province Provincial tourism development in rural areas transformation and upgrading of development.
