目的:在娱乐场所女性从业人员中开展艾滋病防治健康教育和行为干预,探讨针对该人群的干预策略。方法:随机抽取邹城市部分娱乐场所女性从业人员208名,采取多种形式进行艾滋病健康教育和行为干预;干预前后分别进行艾滋病相关知识和安全性行为问卷调查,对干预前后效果进行评价。结果:艾滋病知识知晓率干预前平均为70.02%,干预后为88.44%(χ2=227.93,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;安全套使用率干预前为66.34%,干预后为94.97%(χ2=52.63,P<0.01),干预前后差异有统计学意义;调查对象获得艾滋病相关知识的主要渠道以电视为首的大众传播媒体。结论:对娱乐场所女性从业人员进行艾滋病防治健康教育和行为干预,效果显著,但还应加大干预力度。
Objective: To carry out HIV / AIDS health education and behavioral intervention among female employees in entertainment establishments and to explore intervention strategies targeting this population. Methods: A total of 208 female employees in some places of entertainment in Zoucheng were randomly selected to conduct AIDS health education and behavioral intervention in various forms. Before and after the intervention, HIV / AIDS-related knowledge and safety behavior questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention before and after intervention. Results: The awareness rate of AIDS was 70.02% before intervention and 88.44% after intervention (χ2 = 227.93, P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant. The condom use rate was 66.34% before intervention and 94.97% after intervention (χ2 = 52.63, P <0.01). There were significant differences before and after the intervention. The main channel of AIDS-related knowledge of the respondents was television-led mass media. Conclusion: There are significant effects on health education and behavioral interventions for female employees in entertainment venues. However, interventions should be intensified.
