目的:为了提高卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断的敏感性、特异性及病情监测的效率,筛选出较敏感的肿瘤标记物及联合检测方案。方法:检测了50 例卵巢恶性肿瘤、30 例卵巢良性肿瘤及25 例正常妇女血清中CA153 、CA125 、LSA、TSGF含量。结果:单项检测的诊断效率从大至小依次为CA125 、LSA、TSGF、CA153 ,联合方案中以CA125 + TSGF诊断效率最大。临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者CA125 + TSGF的敏感性及特异性较CA125 单项检测明显提高。结论:CA125和TSGF二项的联合检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及病情的有效监测有一定价值。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the sensitivity, specificity and efficiency of disease monitoring in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, we selected the more sensitive tumor markers and the combined detection protocol. Methods: The serum levels of CA153, CA125, LSA and TSGF were detected in 50 cases of ovarian cancer, 30 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 25 cases of normal women. Results: The diagnostic efficiency of individual tests was CA125, LSA, TSGF and CA153 in descending order, and CA125 + TSGF was the most effective in the combination regimen. The sensitivity and specificity of CA125 + TSGF in patients with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of CA125 alone. Conclusion: The combined detection of CA125 and TSGF has some value in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and the effective monitoring of the disease.
