班级是学校教育的基本组成单位,就像是学校的细胞,而班主任就像是细胞核。他不仅要进行课程授教,做好一名教学组织者,而且还要打理班务,做好一名教育管理者,与此同时,还要做好一名帮助学生健康成长的引导者。因此,班主任班务管理质量的好坏对于班级,对于学生的影响都是非常关键的。本文主要针对初中班主任的班务管理问题进行了初步的探索和研究。
