随着“两学一做”的深入开展,对政工管理工作的新常态有了更为深刻的认识,尤其是在机关单位的运行方面更是如此。在这样的背景下,我们更应该研究新时代的政工管理工作与以往的区别,同时针对现阶段政工管理工作的现状,安排适宜的多元化宣传手段,以保障其有效落实。为此,本文以机关单位工作为具体研究对象,探究新时期政工管理工作的特征与宣传手段,希望为后续的相关管理工作提供指导性意见。 With the deepening of “two studies and one education”, we have gained a deeper understanding of the new normal of political and administrative work, especially in the operation of organs and units. Against this background, we should study the differences between our political and military administrations in the new era and the past, and at the same time, we should arrange suitable diversified propaganda tools in light of the current situation of the administration of political work so as to ensure its effective implementation. Therefore, this dissertation takes the work of government agencies as a specific research object, probes into the characteristics and propaganda methods of the political work in the new era and hopes to provide guidance for the follow-up related management work.
