本文对一台直喷式柴油机燃烧过程的直接与纹影照像进行了研究。并用两者的对比和缸内压力测量来对混合特性、着火与燃烧过程做了分析,还对各种缸内空气运动所导致的不同燃烧特性也进行了观察。看来,喷射在燃烧室壁上的燃油雾注模型与缸内空气运动相配合似乎对混合过程具有影响。观察了燃油雾注的发展过程,并同某些理论计算做了比较。对在预混合与扩散燃烧期间,紊流对燃烧的作用有了认识,尤其是涡流对扩散燃烧期的影响也得到了进一步的证实。
In this paper, a direct injection diesel engine combustion process of direct and Wenci study. The mixing characteristics, ignition and combustion processes were also analyzed using a comparison of the two with in-cylinder pressure measurements. Various combustion characteristics of various in-cylinder air movements were also observed. It seems that the injection of the fuel injection pattern on the wall of the combustion chamber in conjunction with the movement of the in-cylinder air seems to have an impact on the mixing process. The development of fuel mist injection was observed and compared with some theoretical calculations. The understanding of the effect of turbulence on combustion during pre-mixing and diffusion combustion is further substantiated by the influence of eddy current on the diffusion combustion period.
