目的 :探讨 1 7βE2 对卵巢切除 (OVX)兔的AS斑块、血脂代谢及血液流变学的影响。方法 :34只成熟未孕雌兔分为 4组 :A为NC ;B为Sham +CHO ;C为OVX +CHO ;D为OVX +CHO +1 7βE2 。喂养 1 2周 ,喂养前与 1 2周后测定血脂TC、TG、HDL -C、LDL -C、ApoA1、ApoB ;测定全血粘度、血浆粘度、AIRC及纤维蛋白原。喂养 1 2周后处死 ,测定AS斑块面积与主动脉总面积百分比。结果 :①AS斑块面积与主动脉总面积之比 ,A、B、C、D组分别为 0 0 2± 0 0 0、0 42± 0 1 5、0 67± 0 2 3、0 1 2± 0 1 1 ,B组小于C组 (P <0 0 5)、D组明显小于C组 (P <0 0 1 )。②血脂TC、TG、LDL -C、ApoB ,B、D组明显小于C组 (P <0 0 1 )。③血液流变学 :全血粘度、血浆粘度AIRC与纤维蛋白原D组明显低于C组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :1 7βE2 能抑制脂质斑块沉积 ,改善血脂代谢 ,减轻高脂血症 ,改善血液流变学。这可能是雌激素抑制AS形成的部份机理
Objective: To investigate the effect of 17βE2 on AS plaque, lipid metabolism and hemorheology in ovariectomized (OVX) rabbits. METHODS: Thirty-four mature, non-pregnant female rabbits were divided into 4 groups: A was NC; B was Sham + CHO; C was OVX + CHO; D was OVX + CHO + 7βE2. Lipid TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA1 and ApoB were measured before feeding and 12 weeks after feeding. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, AIRC and fibrinogen were measured. Feeding for 12 weeks and then sacrificed to determine the AS plaque area and the percentage of the total area of the aorta. Results: ① The ratio of AS plaque area to total aorta area was 0 0 2 ± 0 0 0, 0 42 ± 0 1 5, 0 67 ± 0 2 3, 0 1 2 ± 0 1 1, group B less than group C (P <0 05), group D was significantly less than group C (P 0 01). ② The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB, B and D in serum were significantly lower than those in group C (P <0.01). ③ hemorheology: whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity AIRC and fibrinogen D group was significantly lower than the C group (P <0.01). Conclusion: 7βE2 can inhibit the deposition of lipid plaque, improve blood lipid metabolism, reduce hyperlipidemia and improve blood rheology. This may be part of the mechanism by which estrogen inhibits AS formation
