全面突出地方特色是志书编纂的第一追求,应从自然、政治、经济、文化以及社会风俗五个方面着手:1.突出本地自然环境特色,主要是指地貌特色、气候特色和地理区位特色。2.突出本地政治优势特色,主要是指行政驻地所形成的政治中心以及军事政治活动在一地形成的优势。3.突出本地经济优势特色,主要指老工业基地、新兴产业、经济特区和开发区、经商文化、旅游经济以及土特名产的生产优势。4.突出地域文化优势的特色,主要指本地传统历史文化、现代科技文化和历史名人文化。5.突出本地民风民俗民性特色,主要指本地传统风俗复兴特色、流行语言习俗、本地民性特色。
To fully highlight the local features is the first pursuit of compilation of the book, we should proceed from five aspects of nature, politics, economy, culture and social customs: 1. Highlight the local natural environment characteristics, mainly refers to the topography, climatic characteristics and geographical features. 2. Highlight the local political advantages and characteristics, mainly refers to the political center formed by the administrative station and the advantages of the formation of military and political activities in one place. 3. Highlight the local economic advantages and characteristics, mainly refers to the old industrial bases, emerging industries, special economic zones and development zones, business culture, tourism economy and native production advantages. 4. Highlight the characteristics of regional cultural superiority, mainly refers to the local traditional history and culture, modern science and technology and culture of historical celebrities. 5. Highlight local folk customs features, mainly refers to the local characteristics of traditional customs, popular language customs, local characteristics of the people.
