决定保温材料的厚度以防止水蒸汽的表面结露是输送冷流体的生产工厂的主要问题之一。结露只有在保温材料表面温度下降到相应于周围大气条件下的露点以下时才会发生.图1中所示为Radio Shack公司PC-1及Sharp公司PC1211袖珍计算机所用的程序,能在数秒钟内解得答案。计算机带有打印机及盒式磁带贮存器接口.所以其结果可进行打印,程序可以贮存在磁带里,必要时可以使用。袖珍式计算机可以任意携带,深得工厂设计技术人员的喜爱,因为它能够解决复杂的问题。
Determining the thickness of the insulation to prevent surface condensation of water vapor is one of the major issues in the production plant transporting cold fluids. Condensation does not occur until the temperature of the insulation surface drops below the dew point corresponding to the ambient atmosphere.Figure 1 shows the program used by the Radio Shack PC-1 and the Sharp PC1211 pocket computer for a few seconds Within the solution to the answer.
