将泡沫浮选和水力分级结合起来可以生产满足或超过ASTM规范要求的高质量的白榴火山灰产品。评价了这种组合的效果 ,并进行了半工业试验。用两个目前正在使用的发电厂灰渣池中的飞灰进行了半工业试验。试验表明 ,用快速浮选法获得了高质量的强度高的白榴火山灰 ,除了白榴火山灰外 ,还获得了建筑用的骨料团块和低硫中等发热值的燃料。快速浮选法将几个简单的作业结合起来 ,可生产高强度的白榴火山灰。分级可控制产品的粒度分布 ,这对产品达到要求的强度是很重要的。浮选可以控制产品的灼失量 ,脱水可以控制产品的水分。
Combining froth flotation and hydraulic fractionation produces high quality white pomegranate ash products that meet or exceed ASTM specifications. The effect of this combination was evaluated and a semi-industrial test was conducted. Semi-industrial tests were conducted with two fly ash from a power plant ash pond currently in use. The test shows that the high-quality white garnet ash obtained by the rapid flotation method has obtained the aggregates of building materials and the fuel with medium sulfur value and low sulfur content in addition to the white ash volcanic ash. Fast flotation method will be a few simple operations combine to produce high-intensity white garnet volcanic ash. Grading controls the particle size distribution of the product, which is important for the product to achieve the required strength. Flotation can control the loss of products, dehydration can control the product’s moisture.
