提出了一种非准态管子交贯线焊缝 MAG自动电弧焊机结构及运动控制系统设计原理 ,报告了采用可编程逻辑控制设计方案的焊接试验状况 ,指出了存在的问题和进一步工作的方向。
A design principle of MAG automatic arc welding machine with non-quasi-state cross-sectional weld lines and the design principle of motion control system are presented. The status of welding experiment with programmable logic control design is reported, and the existing problems and directions for further work are pointed out .
