为探讨黄芪与当归对肾病综合征患者蛋白质代谢紊乱的治疗机理,我们用稳定核素示踪动力学研究方法和氮平衡技术,观察了黄芪与当归在富蛋白饮食基础上对肾病综合征,患者总体蛋白质代谢动力学参数及氮平衡的影响,发现患者在治疗前体内氮更新率,氮平衡状态均处于高水平;治疗后二者均呈下降趋势(P<0.01),而蛋白质净合成率(蛋白质合成率/蛋白质分解率)明显增加(P<0.05),血浆总蛋白、白蛋白水平明显增加(P<0.05)。表明黄芪、当归可纠正肾病综合征患者蛋白质代谢紊乱,并通过促进患者蛋白质净合成,提高其血浆蛋白水平,从而改善其机体状况。
To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis on protein metabolism disorders in patients with nephrotic syndrome, we used the method of stable radionuclide tracer kinetics and nitrogen balance technique to observe the effect of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis on nephrotic syndrome, patients with nephrotic syndrome Total protein metabolism kinetics parameters and nitrogen balance, we found that the nitrogen replacement rate and the nitrogen balance of the patients before treatment were all at a high level. Both of them showed a decreasing trend (P <0.01), while the net protein synthesis (Protein synthesis rate / proteolysis rate) increased significantly (P <0.05), plasma total protein and albumin levels increased significantly (P <0.05). Astragalus and Angelica can correct protein metabolic disorders in patients with nephrotic syndrome and improve their body condition by promoting the net protein synthesis of patients and increasing their plasma protein levels.
