采用印痕细胞学技术,观察18例36眼干燥性角结膜炎(KCS)球结膜上皮细膜的形态和受损分布,以期有助于KCS的早期诊断、病变分期和治疗方法的选择。方法:随机选择KCS病例,其诊断必须符合以下二项以上检查,Schirmer试验小于5.5mm/5min,泪膜破裂时间不到10min;眼球表面孟加拉红染色阳性、下方泪皱襞增厚小于0.1mm。依Schirmer试验结果将患者分为两组,不超过5.5mm/5min者为Ⅰ组,超过5.5mm/5min
The morphology and damage distribution of conjunctival epithelial membrane in 18 patients with keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) in 18 cases were observed by imprinting cytology in order to facilitate the early diagnosis of KCS, the staging of the disease and the choice of treatment methods. Methods: KCS cases were randomly selected. The diagnosis should meet the following two or more tests. The Schirmer test was less than 5.5 mm / 5 min and tear film break-up time was less than 10 min. The surface of the eyeball was positive by bengal-red staining and the thickening of the tear-folds below was less than 0.1 mm.
