Obstacle 1: Obstacles to Chemical Textbooks Chemistry textbooks only emphasize the integrity of their own subject system, but lack of mutual penetration and cooperation with other disciplines. Students encounter the use of mathematics, physics and other knowledge to solve chemical problems, often feel helpless. Teaching materials and social production, life is not closely linked, affecting students’ understanding and use of chemical knowledge. The concept and theory of chemistry (such as molecules, atoms, electron clouds, chemical bonds, chemical equilibrium, etc.) have a high degree of conceptual and abstract students daunting. The esoteric, complicated and fragmented chemical knowledge enables students to “confidently and constantly cut” during the learning process. The difficulties in the current old teaching materials are too concentrated, causing some students to think that chemistry is too difficult to learn, thus losing their interest in learning and even creating dislike psychology.
