本文对三个不同产地(青海的西宁、陕西的吴旗和佳县)的河北杨苗木的抗旱性生理特性进行了研究。发现三个产地的苗木的生长量、光合性能和抗旱性有显著差异,其中吴旗种苗的净光合率、叶面积扩张生长量、苗高和地径的生长速率等方面均大于西宁和佳县种苗。抗旱性能方面,通过不同抗旱性生理指标测定表明西宁种苗的束缚水和自由水含量的比值、叶组织临界饱和亏均大于吴旗和佳县种苗,叶组织细胞膜透性也小,在水分亏缺时,叶组织抗脱水能力强,细胞膜受伤害轻。
In this paper, the physiological characteristics of drought resistance of Hebei Populus seedlings in three different habitats (Xining in Qinghai and Wuqi and Jiaxian in Shaanxi) were studied. The growth, photosynthesis and drought resistance of seedlings in three producing areas were found to be significantly different. The net photosynthetic rate, leaf area expansion and growth, seedling height and diameter growth rate of Wuqi seedlings were all greater than those of Xining and Jia County seedlings. According to drought resistance, the physiological and biochemical indexes of drought resistance showed that the ratio of irreducible water and free water in Xining seedling was higher than that in Wuqi and Jiaxian. The permeability of cell membrane in leaf tissue was small, Deficiency, leaf tissue anti-dehydration ability, damage to the cell membrane light.
