近年来,我厂围绕“生产必须安全,安全促进生产”的专题,不断清除左的倾向,不断更新安全观念:1981年是以树立“安全第一,预防为主”思想为核心的宣传鼓劲型;1982年是以“五定”考核为手段的行政管理型;1983年是力求把安全工作纳入各级岗位职责的经济责任型……其结果是千人负伤率一年比一年降,企业经济效益一年比一年增:八二年千人负伤率比八一年下降2.68‰,盈利递增13.26%;八三年千人负伤率比八二年下降了0.4‰,盈利递增48.55%。到八四年底。企业已实现四年无死亡、无重伤、无急性中毒,无火灾事故。千人负伤率下降至1‰,达到全国冶金行业先进水平,盈利实绩此八三年又递增了60%左右。上年中荣获冶金部安全生产先进单位称号。
