经理人阶层已经相当理性,薪酬是导致其跳槽的原因之一,但不是最重要的原因看来,在“职业生涯规划”几近成为流行语的今天,经理人阶层已经相当理性,他们对自己将来的职业发展,譬如今后到底要什么,做什么;什么时候跳槽,在什么情况下会选择跳槽;单从薪水角度考虑,诱惑到了多大程度才会选择跳槽等等,都有很清晰的考虑。否则,如何解释当我向他们抛出“如果薪水增加20%,你跳槽吗?”这个问题时,他们那似乎丝毫不用费时费心进行思考,就能立即做出的斩钉截铁的回答?
The manager's class is already quite rational, and salary is one of the reasons that led to its job-hopping, but not the most important reason. It seems that now that “career planning” has become almost a buzzword, the manager's class is already quite rational. In the future, career development, such as what to do and what to do in the future, when to quit and when to choose to quit; and from the perspective of salaries, to what extent will it be tempted to choose to quit, and so on, have very clear considerations. Otherwise, how do I explain that when I asked them the question, “If you get a 20% increase in salary, do you quit?” They seem to be able to make prompt, immediate and resolute answers without taking the trouble to think hard.
