目的 :研究松龄血脉康对糖尿病 (DM)患者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、前列环素 (PGI2 )和内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)水平的影响。方法 :6 0例 2型 DM患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,2组一般治疗基本相同 ,实验组加用松龄血脉康 ,1.5 g,tid,连用 12 wk。测定治疗前后空腹血糖 (FBG)、糖化血红蛋白 A1 c(GHb A1 c)及血浆 NO、PGI2 、ET- 1水平。结果 :治疗前 2组各项指标比较差别无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。治疗后实验组血浆 NO、PGI2 水平较治疗前显著上升 (P<0 .0 1) ,ET- 1显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;FBG、GHb A1 c无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。对照组治疗前后所有指标均无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :松龄血脉康可改善 DM患者血管内皮细胞功能 ,能有效调节 DM患者血浆 NO、PGI2 、ET- 1水平 ,对 DM具有一定的辅助治疗价值。
Objective: To study the effect of Songlingxuemaikang on plasma nitric oxide (NO), prostacyclin (PGI2) and endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The two groups were basically the same. The experimental group was treated with Songlingxuemaikang, 1.5 g, tid for 12 weeks. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (GHb A1c) and plasma levels of NO, PGI2 and ET-1 were measured before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of plasma NO and PGI2 in experimental group increased significantly (P <0.01), ET-1 decreased significantly (P <0.01), but did not change in FBG and GHb A1c groups (P> 0.05). 0 5). Before and after treatment in the control group, there was no significant change in all the indicators (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Songling Xuemaikang can improve the function of vascular endothelial cells in DM patients and effectively regulate the levels of plasma NO, PGI2 and ET-1 in DM patients and have some adjuvant therapeutic value for DM.
