我们曾报道了乙烯型烯烃基溴化镁与亚烃基丙二酸二乙酯、亚烃基乙酰乙酸乙酯及亚烃基丙二酸亚异丙酯的共轭加成,鉴于亚烃基巴比妥酸也具有环状的α,β-不饱和羰基的结构,研究它与不饱和格氏试剂的加成反应也是有意义的。Shalaby曾报道了5-苯亚甲基巴比妥酸衍生物的环外双键能与烷基和芳基卤化镁进行加成。本文研究了乙烯型烯基溴化镁与5-苯亚甲基巴比妥酸类的共轭加成反应,用过量的乙烯基类溴化镁与亚烃基巴比妥酸反应,得到一系列β,γ-不饱和仲烃基巴比妥酸等新化合物,其反应式如下:
