[目的]了解如东县医疗机构消毒质量现状,为加强消毒管理,控制医源性感染提供科学依据。[方法]按《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的要求进行采样检测。[结果]监测样品1065份,合格973份,合格率91.36%;2007、2008年医疗机构消毒质量合格率分别为89.00%和93.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.15,P﹤0.05);不同规模医疗机构检测合格率依次为县级97.48%、中心级97.01%、民营88.77%,县级与中心级差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.069,P﹥0.05),但县级、中心级与民营医疗机构差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.36,P﹤0.005);不同监测项目中,以压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为最高,达100.00%,室内空气最低,为70.71%。[结论]各医疗机构消毒效果质量存在明显差别,今后要切实加强消毒知识培训和技术指导,加大卫生监管力度,才能有效防止医源性感染。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Rudong County and provide scientific basis for strengthening disinfection management and controlling iatrogenic infection. [Method] According to “Disinfection Technical Specifications” (2002 edition) requirements for sampling and testing. [Results] There were 1065 monitoring samples with 973 passes and the passing rate was 91.36%. The passing rates of disinfection quality of medical institutions in 2007 and 2008 were 89.00% and 93.60%, respectively, with significant differences (χ2 = 7.15, P <0.05). The passing rates of medical institutions of different scales were 97.48% at the county level, 97.01% at the center level and 88.77% at the private level. There was no significant difference between the county level and the center level (χ2 = 0.069, P> 0.05) There was significant difference between private medical institutions (χ2 = 11.36, P <0.005). Among the different monitoring items, the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer was the highest (100.00%) and the lowest was indoor air (70.71%). [Conclusion] There are obvious differences in the quality of disinfection in various medical institutions. In the future, we should conscientiously strengthen training and technical guidance on disinfection knowledge and increase the intensity of health supervision in order to effectively prevent iatrogenic infection.
