本文提出入射光面转动的新型工作模式TeO_2声光偏转器.入射光面转动指k波矢位在[110]-z’平面,[110]-z’平面是[110]-[001]面绕[110]轴转动一定角度而得.这种器件的特点是:比通常的偏转器具有更高的衍射效率和更宽的动态范围.
In this paper, a new working mode TeO 2 acousto-optic deflector with smooth rotation of incident surface is proposed. The rotation of the incident surface means that the k-wave vector is in the [110] -z ’plane and the [110] -z’ plane is the [110] - [001] plane rotated about the [110] axis by a certain angle. This device is characterized by: higher than the usual deflector diffraction efficiency and a wider dynamic range.
