一、MCS-98系列概况 MCS-96单片机是美国Intel公司采用了最新的制造工艺,于1983年推出的新一代单片机产品,是迄今为止集成度最高的单片机。它具有很高的运算速度:16位乘16位的乘法运算和32位除16位的除法运算仅需6.5μs。平均指令执行时间为1～2μs,并能支持位、字节、字和双字的操作。它的功能部件齐全,包括16位CPU、A/D转换、多种定时器、高速输入和输出部件、串行口和脉宽调制输出等。MCS-96单片机逻辑框图如图1所示。
First, the MCS-98 Series Overview MCS-96 microcontroller is the United States Intel Corporation using the latest manufacturing technology, introduced in 1983, a new generation of single-chip products, by far the highest degree of integration of single-chip. It has a high computational speed: 16-bit by 16-bit multiplication and 32-bit by 16-bit division require only 6.5μs. The average instruction execution time is 1 ~ 2μs, and can support the operation of bits, bytes, words and double words. Its complete range of features includes 16-bit CPUs, A / D conversion, multiple timers, high-speed input and output components, serial port and pulse width modulation output. MCS-96 microcontroller logic block diagram shown in Figure 1.
