磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是新近开发的一种主要应用于头部检查的磁共振成像方法 ,区别于以往的质子密度、T1WI、T2WI及磁共振血管成像方法 ,其优势在于SWI可清晰地显示颅内静脉结构和铁沉积。近年来随着高场磁共振和超高场磁共振在临床上的研究及使用,SWI已经应用于各类头部疾病检查领域,人们开始逐渐接受和认可新技术的改进,并对其应用潜能给予了极大的关注。本文综述了SWI在新生儿脑病、脑外伤、脑梗死及脑肿瘤的临床应用。
