学前专业成人高等教育的质量在很大程度上取决于学员的学习动机。笔者亲历两年该专业的教育教学工作,基于对面授的100名学员的调查研究,分析该专业学习者的动机和影响因素,针对如何提升他们的学习动机给出对策建议。
The quality of pre-professional adult higher education largely depends on learner motivation. After two years of professional education and teaching work, the author analyzes the motivation and influencing factors of the 100 students and gives some suggestions on how to improve their learning motivation.
