1白河城区河段概况白河系南阳第一大河,属长江流域,汉水的主要支流,历史上是沟通南北的航运要道,商业圣地。20世纪50年代在距南阳城区上游40km处,兴建了鸭河口大型水库,控制流域面积3030km~2,对下游防洪压力有很大缓解,100年一遇的洪峰流量削减40%以上。白河自南阳城区东北部达士营进入城区,从东北向西南,纵贯市区,城区段河面宽800～1200m,规划城区河流长25km,为宽浅式沙质河床,白河城区段担负着南阳城区的泄洪、供水、生态补源、游乐与养殖,已建成的宽1100m、长1．4万m的白河公园成为南阳中心城区的生态轴、景观轴和发展轴。
1 Baihe River Section Overview The Baihe River is the largest river in Nanyang, which belongs to the main tributaries of the Yangtze River and Hanjiang River. Historically, it served as a shipping artery and commercial sanctuary that communicated north and south. In the 1950s, 40 km upstream from Nanyang City, a large reservoir was built to control the drainage area of 3030km ~ 2, which greatly alleviated the flood control pressure downstream and reduced the peak flow of 40% over the past 100 years.
