S-117型避孕宫颈帽是一种根据我国妇女宫颈形状采用医用硅橡胶制成的阻断式避孕工具,可留置宫颈上1～3天,不需要房事前后临时操作,不干扰性生活。1983年4月～1985年8月对有生育能力、性生活正常的妇女302名用宫颈帽避孕,不加杀精剂,共1985个妇女月。根据Tietze生命表统计妊娠粗率为9.37％妇女年,经随访对宫颈、阴遭无损伤,不引起炎症,宫颈刮片检查无改变,颈管细菌培养均阴性。信访受试者235名,97.9％的受试者对宫颈帽避孕满意。
S-117 contraceptive cervix cap is a kind of blocking contraceptive tool made of medical silicone rubber according to Chinese women’s cervical shape, which can be placed on the cervix for 1 to 3 days without temporary intervention before and after sexual intercourse and without interfering with sexual life. From April 1983 to August 1985, 302 women with fertility and normal sexual life were contraceptive with cervical caps, without spermicide, a total of 1985 women’s months. According to the Tietze life table, the crude rate of pregnancy was 9.37% of women. The cervix and yin had no injury after follow-up and did not cause inflammation. No change was found in the cervical smear, and the culture of the neck was negative. 235 were interviewed, and 97.9% of the subjects were satisfied with cervical cap contraception.
