记得70年代开会,会议组织者总是把超标准的伙食等开支打入住宿费,以便与会者名正言顺回去报销。于是,羞羞答答“啃床腿”便成了多报费用的合法渠道。进入80年代,需参会者分摊的费用,诸如游览名胜古迹,发放纪念物品,首长名流出场讲话……等等内容越来越多,细细的“床腿”已难承受负担,于是包罗万象的“会务费”也就应运而生,并逐步发展到成为会议组织者创收牟利的生财之道。日前,笔者有一篇文章在某刊物发表后,有
