本文根据亚铁与邻菲啰啉在pH2—9范围内,形成稳定的络合物的事实,研究了亚铁与高铁的分离及分别直接测定。即以氟化氢铵—邻菲啰啉分解硅酸盐,然后加入盐酸溶解磁铁矿等。以硼酸消除氟的影响,用氢氧化铵沉淀高铁。亚铁在样品分解时即与邻菲啰啉生成橙红色络合物,不被空气氧化,也不被氢氧化铵沉淀。过滤使亚铁与高铁定量分离,沉淀以盐酸溶解,用容量法测高铁,滤液用光度法测亚铁。经用于岩石、土壤及水系沉积物中,获得满意的结果。
In this paper, according to the fact that ferrous and phenanthroline form stable complexes in the range of pH2-9, the separation and the direct determination of ferrous and iron are studied. That ammonium bifluoride - phenanthroline decomposition of silicate, and then add hydrochloric acid dissolved magnetite. Boric acid to eliminate the impact of fluoride, ammonium hydroxide precipitation high-speed rail. Ferrous iron forms an orange-red complex with phenanthroline when the sample is decomposed, is not oxidized by air, and is not precipitated by ammonium hydroxide. The ferrous and high-speed irons were separated by filtration, the precipitate was dissolved with hydrochloric acid, the iron content was measured by volumetric method, and the filtrate was measured by spectrophotometry. Used in rock, soil and water sediments, and get satisfactory results.
