摩擦磨损试验的影响试验因素较多(速度、硬度、压力、材质、润滑及表面光洁度等),其内容繁杂(磨损失重、磨损率、摩擦系数、印痕尺寸等),至今仍无统一的标准。摩擦磨损试验分为使用条件下的运转试验和实验室条件下的试样试验。前者,试验周期长,影响因素多而且不固定。后者,近年来得到了迅速发展,已成为摩擦学主要研究方法,不论生产检测,还是理论探讨都可采用。由于目前没有标准试验方法和试验器,因此,根据机械中常见的滑动摩擦、粘着磨损等摩擦磨损现象,自行研制了销-环式摩擦磨损试验机。试验表明,这种滑动摩擦试验机是简易可用的。
