目的 探讨蛙皮素对新生兔胃肠形态学及胃肠粘膜细胞增殖的调节作用。 方法 新生兔 2 4只 ,随机分为蛙皮素大、小剂量 [15μg/ (kg· d)及 30μg/ (kg· d) ]实验组及对照组 ,每组 8只 ,应用图像分析技术及电子显微镜检测新生兔胃肠形态学变化 ,并应用免疫组织化学技术测定胃肠粘膜上皮细胞增殖率。 结果 (1)新生兔大、小剂量组十二指肠绒毛高度分别为 (5 2 0± 76 )、(5 13±31)μm,较对照组的 (379± 44 )μm显著增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;空肠绒毛高分别为 (5 12± 37)、(4 2 7± 5 4)μm ,较对照组的 (372± 2 9)μm显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;回肠绒毛高度分别为 (4 6 8± 138)、(5 2 0± 112 )μm ,较对照组的 (2 5 3± 6 0 )μm显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 (2 )蛙皮素能够使肠粘膜上皮细胞更为成熟 ,且胃肠粘膜细胞增殖率亦显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 蛙皮素在一定程度上能够促进胃肠形态发育 ,且刺激粘膜上皮细胞的增殖
Objective To investigate the effect of bombesin on the morphology of gastrointestinal mucosa and the regulation of gastrointestinal mucosal cell proliferation in newborn rabbits. Methods Twenty-four newborn rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with large and small doses of [15μg / (kg · d) and 30μg / (kg · d)], with 8 in each group. The changes of gastrointestinal morphology in neonatal rabbits were observed by electron microscope. The proliferation of gastrointestinal mucosal epithelial cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) The villi of duodenum in large and small dose group were (52 ± 76) and (53 ± 31) μm, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (379 ± 44) μm (P < (P <0.05). The villus height of jejunum was (5 12 ± 37) and (42 7 ± 5 4) μm respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (372 ± 29 μm) ; The ileum villus height was (468 ± 138) and (52 ± 112) μm respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (25 ± 60) μm (P <0.05). (2) Bombesin can make the intestinal epithelial cells more mature, and the proliferation rate of gastrointestinal mucosa also increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Bombesin to a certain extent, can promote gastrointestinal morphology, and stimulate mucosal epithelial cell proliferation
