煤炭是我国最主要的能源矿产,煤炭资源在经济社会发展和社会进步中发挥着重要的作用,影响到国计民生的诸多方面。在市场经济环境下,煤炭企业大力实施整合重组、主辅分离、减员增效、跨越发展战略,企业的思想政治工作出现了许多新情况、新特点、新问题和新矛盾。本文探讨了煤炭企业思想政治工作的新思路,以期对新形势下的煤炭企业思想政治工作提供有益的启示。 Coal is the most important energy mineral in our country. Coal resources play an important role in economic and social development and social progress, affecting many aspects of national economy and the people’s livelihood. Under the market economy environment, many new situations, new features, new problems and new contradictions have emerged in the ideological and political work of enterprises through vigorous implementation of consolidation and reorganization, separation of major and minor employees, downsizing and efficiency enhancement, and leapfrog development strategies. This article explores the new thinking of political and ideological work in coal enterprises in order to provide useful inspiration to the ideological and political work of coal enterprises in the new situation.
