目的探讨护士在首次住院患者治疗中如何运用有效沟通并发挥作用。方法运用护患沟通技巧对100名首次住院的患者进行心理调适技巧护理这100名患者分甲乙两组,对甲组进行心理调适技巧护理,出院时发放患者满意度调查表。结果甲组实施有效沟通后,患者平均住院时间满意率达到98.5%,较实施前的82%有明显提高,也减少护患纠纷的发生。结论心理调适技巧有利于患者对疾病知识的掌握,增强抗病的信心,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore how nurses can use effective communication and play a role in the first inpatient treatment. Methods Using nurse-patient communication skills, 100 first-time hospitalized patients were treated with psychological adjustment skills. The 100 patients were divided into two groups: group A and group B. Psychological adjustment skills were used for group A, and patient satisfaction questionnaire was released at discharge. Results After effective communication between Group A and Group A, the average hospitalization rate of patients was 98.5%, significantly higher than that of 82% before implementation and also reduced the incidence of nurse-patient disputes. Conclusion Psychological adjustment skills are good for patients to grasp the disease knowledge, enhance the confidence of disease resistance and improve the therapeutic effect.
