目的:以丙咪嗪为探针药物,采用体内代谢的方法研究附子、甘草单用与伍用之后分别对丙咪嗪血药浓度的影响。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为空白组、附子组、甘草组、附子甘草合煎组,中药提取液诱导6天,于第7天尾静脉注射丙咪嗪溶液,定点取血,以HPLC法测定丙咪嗪体内血药浓度的变化。结果:附子单用抑制丙咪嗪的代谢,甘草单用诱导丙咪嗪的代谢,同用时甘草的诱导作用起主导作用。实验提示:中药复方的研究,可以从药物代谢的角度入手;附子配伍甘草时其体内代谢速率加快,从药物代谢的角度揭示了甘草缓和附子毒性的科学内涵。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of imipramine on the plasma concentration of imipramine after the use of imipramine and licorice in vivo and in vivo. METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into blank group, aconite group, licorice group, and aconite licorice decoction group. The Chinese herbal extracts were induced for 6 days. The imipramine solution was injected into the tail vein on the 7th day and the blood was collected at fixed point. HPLC method was used. Determination of changes in plasma concentration of imipramine in vivo. RESULTS: The aconite alone inhibited the metabolism of imipramine, while licorice alone induced the metabolism of imipramine, and the induction of licorice played a leading role. The experimental hints: The study of traditional Chinese medicine compound can start from the point of view of drug metabolism. When aconite is combined with licorice, the metabolic rate of the body is accelerated. From the perspective of drug metabolism, the scientific connotation of licorice alleviating aconite toxicity is revealed.
