在全国电大系统办学的背景下,各省(市)级电大相继成立了直属开放教育学院。依靠直属学院强化系统办学力量,依靠系统建设凸显广播电视大学办学特色,是各地电大远程开放教育事业获得进一步发展的关键。本文立足于这一视角,联系工作实际,总结了直属开放教育学院在省(市)级电大系统中应有的地位与应发挥的作用。 In the context of running a TVU system nationwide, provincial (city) -level TVUs have set up their own schools directly under the Open Education Institute. Relying on the immediate college to strengthen the system of running a school, relying on the system construction to highlight the characteristics of running a TV university, is the key to the further development of the RTVU’s education. Based on this perspective, this article, in connection with the actual work, summarizes the proper role and role that Open Education Institute should play in provincial (city) level TVU system.
