从前期的《正义论》到后期的《政治自由主义》,罗尔斯的正义理论经历了从规范性的正义学说向政治的正义观念的转变,与之相对应,其理性建构的方式也发生了从道德建构主义向政治建构主义的转变。这一转变是与多元主义的影响和思维方式的变化密切相关的,标志着罗尔斯思想的发展和理论的进步,但并不意味着他所作的理论尝试都获得了成功。事实上,罗尔斯的政治自由主义体系和政治建构主义方式仍然有缺失之处。
