国有大中型企业如何适应社会主义市场经济需要?笔者最近访问了武汉钢铁(集团)公司经理刘本仁。他说,只有抓住机遇,建立现代企业制度,走股份制改造道路,武钢才会有生机、活力、才会提高效益。刘经理认为:我们继续深化企业改革,不能再停留在简单的放权让利的老模式上。武钢将走股份制改造道路,把股份制资金用于本世纪内年产钢达到1000万吨规模的目标。他向笔者讲了武钢为实施股份制改造作准备所抓的几件工作:第一件事是精简非钢铁生产人员,让7—8万人不再吃钢铁饭。他说武钢实施股份制改造,将组成由国家股、法人股、个人股和外资股构成的股份有限公司。以武钢为唯一发起人,向社会公开募集股份,在国内外公开
