运用美国道化学公司的火灾爆炸危险指数评价方法(第七版),对碳二馏分加氢反应装置的火灾爆炸危险性进行了定量计算和评价,得出其火灾爆炸危险等级为“非常大”。为了降低装置的危险程度,提出了采取有效的安全补偿措施降低单元的危险程度的新思路.分析表明,针对部分补偿系数对装置进行安全改进,能有效地降低其危险性等级,同时可以为避免重大危险源火灾爆炸事故提供切实可行的思路.图1,表6,参8.
Based on the evaluation method of Fire and Explosion Hazard Index of American Dow Chemical Company (Seventh Edition), the risk of fire and explosion in carbon two fraction hydrogenation reactor was quantitatively evaluated and evaluated. The fire and explosion hazard rating was “very large” . In order to reduce the dangerous degree of the device, a new idea of adopting effective safety compensation measures to reduce the dangerous degree of the unit is proposed. The analysis shows that the safety improvement of the device based on partial compensation coefficient can effectively reduce the risk level, and at the same time it can provide feasible ideas for avoiding fire and explosion accidents of major danger sources.
