目的通过对一起由气单胞杆菌引起食物中毒事件的调查分析,了解气单胞菌的致病性,掌握食物中毒事件的调查内容和方法。方法采用现场流行病学调查与实验室检验结果及临床症状相结合的综合分析方法。结果因集体用餐,造成133人食物中毒,潜伏期为3.5~30h,主要症状为腹泻、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、头晕、头痛、发热,构成较大突发公共卫生事件。结论这是一起因气单胞杆菌污染引起的食物中毒事件。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the food poisoning caused by Aeromonas, understand the pathogenicity of Aeromonas and investigate the contents and methods of food poisoning. Methods A comprehensive analysis method combining on-site epidemiological investigation with laboratory test results and clinical symptoms was used. As a result, 133 people were food-poisoned due to group meals. The incubation period was 3.5 to 30 hours. The main symptoms were diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache and fever, posing a major public health emergency. Conclusion This is a food poisoning incident caused by the contamination of Aeromonas.
