RhoGDP解离抑制剂(RhoGDPdissociationinhibitor,RhoGDIs)是Rho鸟苷三磷酸酶(RhoGTPases)活化的中心调节因子。Rho GDI家族主要有Rho GDIα,Rho GDIβ和Rho GDIγ。Rho GDI通过与P21激酶1,原肌球蛋白相关激酶B受体T1,神经介素U,肉瘤病毒原癌基因,细胞分裂周期蛋白42,X连锁凋亡蛋白,磷酸化的视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白等多种蛋白及Rho GTPases的相互作用,在多种肿瘤的发生、发展与转移过程中起着重要作用。
RhoGDP dissociation inhibitor (RhoGDIs) is a central regulator of the activation of RhoGTPases. Rho GDI family mainly Rho GDIα, Rho GDIβ and Rho GDIγ.
