改革开放三十年来,我国住房制度改革经历了公房私住、公房变私房、私房私住三个阶段;还存在部分居民买不起房、廉租房量少质差、经济适用房建设缓慢三个问题,现阶段应进一步加大住房建设力度,加强房地产市场管理,规范物业管理,加快建设廉租房,经济适用房的对策。
