为了对矿区储量进行准确预测,对矿区储量进行了成矿原因分析,根据基本地质作用以及控矿因素的自相似性导致矿体规模及其空间分布具有自相似性(标度不变性)的分形结构.将帕累托(Pareto)原理中的分形形式应用于矿床储量的预测中,根据矿床中已揭露的矿体储量对矿床中未揭露的矿体建立了预测模型,并对广西平果铝矿区进行了实践检验,取得了良好效果,实践证明,该方法科学有效,可以在相关领域进行推广应用.
