用254.75cd的荧光灯作为光源,照射大鼠视网膜,建立光损伤动物模型。对照组大鼠视网膜光镜下见锥体、杆体细胞层破坏严重,外核层紊乱,细胞核数目明显减少。电镜下,外节破坏溶解、空泡形成,内节肿胀,视网膜色素上皮(RPE)坏死;口服枸杞的治疗组则表现为锥体、杆体层轻度破坏,外核层排列较整齐,细胞数目接近正常。表明枸杞对大鼠视网膜锥体、杆体层、外核层和RPE有明显的保护作用。
