吃肉减肥法运用此法你可以毫无顾忌地吃肉来降低体重,并且不会感到饥饿,同时能增加代谢速率。但前提是不能摄取到任何糖类食物,否则会胖得更快。但是由于糖类摄取量极低,造成脂肪燃烧不完全,使身体产生大量酮体。所以此法对心脏病、高血压、痛风、肝、肾或脑血管病变者不适宜,且会增加肝脏氮代谢负担,可能影响肾脏机能。长期运用此法会造成营养不均衡、骨质疏松、酸中毒、抽筋及破坏肾脏功能等现象。
